The fact that you are on this page means that you are seeking true relief from the pain of your grief and wanting more from your life. Or you are a friend or loved one seeking additional means in order to offer help and support.

I work with people everyday helping them to relieve the pain of grief, move beyond their loss, to launch their new life and live wholeheartedly again.

The best way for me to help you is to connect for a 30 minute conversation so I can hear your story, where you are and what you want. During this conversation we will get to know each other and I will also share with you more about the ReliefTM Process and how I help people move through the devastating pain of grief and begin to look toward a brighter future and living wholeheartedly again.

If you would like to know a little bit more about what it would be like to work together let me briefly describe the process. The first step that would happen, should we decide to work together, is I would take you through a process I call The RELIEFTM Process.

Every client I work with initially goes through this process. This is where you recover from the pain of grief. You will stop living in the pain of the past and start living in the present and looking forward to the future. During the 90-day RELIEFTM Process you will work with me individually and privately through phone calls, videoconferencing and email.

You will learn crucial information about recovering from grief and you will be carefully and closely guided through a number of action steps to grief relief. Please know this; I will personally walk beside you through the entire process.

How will you know when you have passed through your grief?

  • Fond memories will no longer turn to painful feelings.
  • Memories that had felt painful will not feel so bad.
  • You will be able to talk about your loved one and the loss without always tearing up or getting a lump in your throat.
  • You will acknowledge that it is okay to feel sad at times and to talk about those feelings.
  • You will feel lighter.
  • You will be able to look toward the future.
